UNANSWERED QUESTIONS

As we wait for the trial, which has been postponed until March 2025, there remain many questions that we hope will be answered. Joe’s family and friends - and there are scores of them - will not find complete peace or closure until the whole truth about Joe’s murder is revealed.

Why did Brandon Holbrook allegedly drive over 200 miles from PA to MD to murder Joe in his driveway when they had never met or spoken?

While Holbrook had been arrested and convicted of indecent exposure eight times, he had never been accused of violence. What drove him to allegedly commit murder?

How did Holbrook know Joe was home and alone this holiday weekend? Joe's home was difficult to find via GPS and obscured by trees from the street.

Joe did not have weapons or cameras on his property. Did the killer know this, and if so, how?

5.

Why was Joe allegedly murdered in Maryland, but his remains were found in Pennsylvania nearby Holbrook's home?

How long will it take to understand why and how Joe's life was cut short?
